The course mentors are women who have completed the in-person Women's Quest Apprenticeship training. They offer their time for free to answer question on the forum. They are also available for Skype sessions. You would negotiate a fee with them privately. Many also offer their own workshops that may interest you.
I'm a yoga therapist specializing in women's health. In search of ways to manage Endometriosis I discovered Red School and will be forever grateful for the deep wisdom of menstruality consciousness and the supportive network of women I have met in pursuit of it. I attended the Apprenticeship Training both as a participant (2011) and assistant (2013). I facilitate a regular Yoga Women's Circle in Lancashire and run yoga workshops focused on health, cycle awareness and women's spiritual awakening.
Exploring the landscape of menstruality has been an amazing adventure practically, creatively and spiritually enhancing my life and relationships beyond measure. As a mental health worker and creator of The Resilience Lab, a project for young people, working with the cycle is perhaps the most useful tool a woman can have for creating well-being and building resilience. I'm a facilitator of Jane Bennett’s Celebration Day for Girls and want to spread this message to girls and women everywhere.
I am a menstruating woman, mother, doula, holistic childbirth educator, bodyworker and passionate advocate of the menstruality movement. I have found cycle awareness a profoundly insightful, empowering and anchoring practice - deeply intimate and powerfully participatory. It has challenged and gifted me to embody my own Power. I am particularly interested in how this awareness defines a woman's self worth, her capacity to yield to the birthing process and what happens in intimate relationship when we invite the men in our lives to tap into their cycles too!

Originally from the UK I love to travel to new places spreading a little ‘menstrual magic’ wherever I go! I'm a firm believer that menstrual cycle awareness = happy cycling. I am also founder of Woman’s Wheel, I’m a menstrual activist campaigning for eco-alternative menstrual products, a moon mother, a red tent activator, and a facilitator of women’s circles and workshops. I blog for ‘woman’s wheel worldwide ~ taking the menstrual movement on the road’ and 'the moon and the womb ~ a journey into femininity. To quote Alexandra "...We're definitely onto something with this work!”

I am a mama to 3 young children, yoga teacher of 18 years, an eternal student of body centred practices and live in Western Australia with a wild Irishman. Coming to this work changed everything for me both personally and how I teach. Our intrinsic rhythm as women is actually the foundation for our embodiment. Now I am in love with this beautiful natural “beyond-my-control” rhythm. Learning to lean back into it has anchored me in my body like no other practice. And as I cherish my cycles my husband also gets to understand and love this cyclical feminine creature he lives with!
Cycle awareness came into my life six years ago in a magical way and touched me deeply. In my dance therapy thesis about menstrual problems I challenge the current pathological view of the menstrual cycle. I facilitate workshops, women circles, and private sessions and am also a menstrual activist, promoting the use of eco friendly menstrual products. I strongly believe that by re-connecting with the wisdom of our cycle and by choosing alternative menstrual products, we women have the opportunity to become agents of (much needed) change in this world. I currently live in the Netherlands.
I have worked within the field of women’s health my whole life and am currently working as a Menstruality Educator and Womb Yoga Teacher, whilst also offering Rites of Passage ceremonies and running Red Tent Cornwall. I have completed the Women's Quest apprenticeship and trained with Uma-Dinsmore Tuli and Jewels Wingfield. I have a background in education and hold a BA in Steiner (Waldorf) Education, Diploma in counselling and Diplomas in advanced aromatherapy and yoga teacher training.
I'm a Vibrational Essence practitioner and producer, Homeopath, Reiki Healer, Advanced Moon Mother, Shamanic Womancrafter and Menstruality Coach, with over 18 years experience in natural medicine. I cherish the re-wilding that honouring our cyclical nature brings and all of my work has this essence of feminine alignment. I run Red Tents, healing circles, women’s gatherings, menarche ceremonies for groups and individuals and offer one-to-one sessions.
I am a mother to 2 young children, so understand the challenges of balancing family life with a cyclic nature! The intimacy I have developed with myself through the unfolding layers of my cycle has become a treasured gift, bringing a powerful spirituality, healing and clarity to my life. I love nothing more than sharing the love and hold a monthly menstrually focused women's group. I am also a Moon Mother, holding circle for World Wide Womb Blessings and performing personal Womb Blessings and Womb Healing.

I'm 49, menopausal and looking forward to fully stepping into my female power post menopause! I have been a teacher, librarian and bookseller. Currently I am therapist, run a gift shop and write. The menstruality work I have done including charting my own cycle, provides me with a guide for all the life phases. It has helped me to accept who I truly am, dark and light, reassuring me that I am not going mad and that the natural processes women go through are all opportunities to gain self wisdom.

I have a background in bodywork and healing, teach yoga and am an artist/photographer. I came to Alexandra’s work about five or six years ago, delighted to find a container for my menstrual experience, including peri-menopause and menopause. My understanding of how to lean into the magic of the cycle unfolds and deepens, the more so as I hear from and share this important and confirming knowing with other women. It is a delight to be part of this process.
